Curaçao coastline — the latitude line where Latitude12 began
A line through the Caribbean12.1975° N · 68.9634° W

A hospitality house, named after a line that runs through home.

Latitude12 takes its name from 12.1975° N · 68.9634° W — the coordinates of Curaçao, where the company began.

A latitude line doesn't divide. It connects. The 12th parallel runs quietly through the Caribbean, touching the coast of Colombia, crossing islands, passing through cultures that share more than a map admits.

We took the name because it described how we already worked: grounded in one place, in service of a region. Hospitality built from inside the Caribbean and Latin America rather than imported into it.

Today Latitude12 works with a small number of hotels, villas and retreats across Curaçao and Colombia. Tomorrow, across the wider Caribbean and LATAM — following that same line outward.
